A Presentation & Discussion By Mei-Ling Shek

rk ml pixabay virusOn July 27, 2017, some members of EGG attended a tour of the Zanker Road Recycling Center. In today's meeting, Mei-Ling Shek will talk about our observations of the tour and show some pictures taken during the tour. Members who attended are encouraged to provide Mei-Ling with any interesting photos you think would be of interest to attendees.

The host will give a short presentation on anaerobic digestion for biogas production, as a follow-up of our visit to Zero Waste Energy's bio-digester facility which is the largest in the world and located next door to Zanker Recycling.

A future field trip to the Central Energy Facility at Stanford University will also be discussed. It is encouraged that if you want to go on this field trip, provide information to EGG as soon as possible since space is limited.
