A Field Trip Hosted By Debra Kiefel

cngf logo 1A field trip has been arranged for EGG members as well as other interested parties to visit the California Native Garden Foundation (CNGF).

The CNGF is a dynamic, non-profit that promotes gardening with California native plants.  During this field trip Alrie Middlebrook the President and Director of CNGF will guide us on a tour of the site while telling us about the CNGF, and inform the attendees of an incredibly, exciting, and innovative Agrihood project that is planned for a piece of land across the street from Valley Fair, on Winchester.  I anticipate she will also inform the attendees of the other exciting projects that are being worked.

Date:  Monday Nov 14, 2016
Time:  1:30 pm to aprox 2:30 pm
Location:  76 Race Street in San Jose, close to the Alameda
The website for CNGF is:  http://cngf.org/
While I hope all of you can attend this exciting field trip, if you cannot make it, please do feel free to visit the CNGF on another day.
