A Day Of Videos And Discussion Led By Rod Kirk

pixabay pizza 2802398 1920 smLast week we dove into our choices of medical treatments to make our lives better. This week we are going to focus on details of what we eat, or rather what we should be eating and not eating to establish a sustainable way of life. We will view a fascinating and informative video from Dr. Neal Barnard who is the founder of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM). The main focus will be on striving for a non-dairy diet. Dr. Barnard will present some eye opening research on how our body reacts to dairy products. We have several members who have put Dr. Barnard's advice into practice. I am sure we will have some interesting discussions on this topic.

Please come and be a part of this life enrichment session!
